感觉信息处理、学习与记忆的突触机制和神经环路机制
陈杨博士通过自主研发高精度活体深层成像系统,参与研发新型遗传编码荧光探针等途径来研究感觉信息处理、学习与记忆的突触机制和神经环路机制,并取得两项代表性成果:其一,在单突触层面重建第4层神经元完整输入图谱,为Hubel-Wiesel前馈模型提供决定性活体证据,终结长达六十年的科学争论;其二,合作开发出目前世界上最敏感的遗传编码谷氨酸探针,实现哺乳动物活体深层单突触神经递质成像。这些代表性成果以第一或核心作者发表于Science、Nature Methods(3篇)及PNAS等顶级期刊。
