分子互作是生命活动的核心基础，涉及蛋白质、核酸、小分子等生物分子的特异性识别与功能调控，深刻影响信号传导、基因表达及疾病发生发展。为促进分子互作技术在生命机制研究及药物研发中的创新应用，深圳医学科学院生物医学实验技术中心联合深圳湾实验室共同主办第三届“湾区分子互作检测技术交流会”。本次会议将聚焦蛋白-配体识别机制、药物筛选与优化、活细胞动态互作研究等前沿方向，并特别设置SPR、ITC、MST、BLI等常见互作设备以及最新引进的FCS-荧光相关光谱单分子分析仪、原生分子细胞互作分析仪、多模态分子互作分析仪、细胞相互作用分析仪的上机实操环节，为参会者提供沉浸式技术交流平台。

Molecular interactions are fundamental to life activities, involving the specific recognition and functional regulation of biomolecules such as proteins, nucleic acids, and small molecules, with profound impacts on signal transduction, gene expression, and disease pathogenesis. To promote innovative applications of molecular interaction technologies in life science research and drug discovery, the Bio-Tech Center of the Shenzhen Medical Academy of Research and Translation (SMART) and the Shenzhen Bay Laboratory (SZBL) are jointly organizing the third "Bay Area Molecular Interaction Detection Technology Symposium". This symposium will focus on cutting-edge topics, including protein–ligand recognition mechanisms, drug screening and optimization, and live-cell dynamic interaction studies. Special hands-on sessions will be arranged for commonly used instruments such as SPR, ITC, MST, BLI, as well as newly introduced systems, including the FCS fluorescence correlation spectroscopy single-molecule analyzer, Real-Time interaction cytometry, multi-modes interaction biosensor, and cell avidity analysis system. These practical sessions aim to provide participants with an immersive platform for technical exchange.

1.本次研讨会免注册费，院内外老师同学均可报名参加；

The symposium is free of charge (no registration fee). All students and staff from both internal and external institutions are welcome to register.

2.本次研讨会上机操作，安排每台每场限10人，每次交流不超过1小时，13:30-14:20、14:30-15:20、15:30-16:20、16:30-17:20共4场，名额有限，先到先得；

For the hands-on sessions, each instrument session is limited to 10 participants, with each session lasting no more than 1 hour. Four sessions are scheduled: 13:30-14:20, 14:30-15:20, 15:30-16:20, 16:30-17:20. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

3.每台设备有设备负责人或厂家工程师现场答疑。

Each instrument will be attended by its responsible person or an application scientist from the manufacturer for on-site consultation.

4.住宿、交通等其他事宜：会议往返差旅费、食宿费自理

Accommodation, Transportation, and Other Matters: Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
